501st Group Photo at the Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025
2日目の開場時間が少し早まったため、エントランスに準備するメンバーが少なくなってしまいました。
フォトブースの運営とブースでの活動に集中するため、再調整を行いました。
この日、TCCには33,000人以上の来場者があり、私たちのブースエリアにも多くの人が訪れてくれました。
メンバーは写真撮影やブース前の人の流れを調整する素晴らしい仕事をしてくれました。
チャリティー活動では、MAWJへの支援を継続し、MAWJからの代表者が、寄付金と認知度向上のために参加いただきました。
シフトを組むのが大変でしたが、ベテランメンバーの助けもあり、無事にブースを運営することができました。
チャリティー抽選会には多くの人が集まり、MAWJからまだ確認中の多額の寄付金が集まりました。
また、夜には501st、Rebel Legion 、ドロイドビルダーズ3団体合同のパーティーが開かれ、皆が労をねぎらいました。
最も忙しい日でしたが、大成功の一日でした。
Day 2 opening time started a little early which caused us to have less members ready at the entrance.
We re-adjusted to focus on photo booth operations and booth activities. Over 33,000 visitors attended TCC on this day and we saw a great influx of visitors to our booth area.
Members did an amazing job coordinating the flow of people for photos and in front of the booth.
Our charity activities continued with our support for MAWJ and had a representative on hand to help us raise donations & awareness.
Shift scheduling became a challenge but with help from veteran members, we were able to keep the booth area working without incident.
The charity raffle brought big crowds and we raised a large amount of money which is still being confirmed from MAWJ.
In the evening, the 501st, Rebel Legion, and Droid Builders held a joint party to celebrate everyone’s hard work.
It was a successful day even though it was the busiest.
