今年の東京コミコン2023では、501st Legion Japanese Garrison、Rebel Legion Japan Base、Droid Builders Japanの3団体でブースを出展しました。
私たちは、クラブや活動を宣伝するためのテーブル・コーナーとともに、共有のフォトブース・エリアを計画。
クイズゲームの景品として、トレーディングカードとステッカーを提供しました。
また、毎年恒例のチャリティー抽選会では、ドナルド・マクドナルド・ハウス・チャリティーとメイク・ア・ウィッシュ・ジャパンへの寄付を募りました。
初日はDMHCから、2日目と3日目はMAWJから、両チャリティーの代表の方が参加してくださいました。
初日は、まず報道関係者向けの短い時間で幕を開け、その後一般公開となりました。
私たちはゲートオープングリーティングに参加し、当日予定されていたパレードにも参加しました。
ブースとフォトブースのエリアは終日賑わい、皆様のご協力によりDMHCへの寄付金約47,000円が集まりました。
1日目の来場者は24,000人を超えたとの事。
参加メンバー全員がシフトをカバーし、フォトブースでファンと一緒にSWの応援を広げてくれました。
この3日間、海外メンバー（中国駐屯地、ケベック駐屯地、パシフィック・アウトポスト）、そして沖縄のマンド・マーカスから2名のメンバーが参加しました。
For this year’s Tokyo Comic Con 2023 we worked under one booth umbrella group, the 501st Legion Japanese Garrison, Rebel Legion Japan Base and Droid Builders Japan.
We planned a shared photo booth area along with our table section to advertise our clubs and activities.
We offered up trading cards and stickers as prizes for the quiz game for visitors.
Our main focus this year was giving visitors a chance to take photos with members of all the clubs & droids and our annual charity raffle to raise money for Donald McDonald House Charity & Make A Wish Japan.
Representatives from both charities joined us to hep raise donations, Day1 dedicated fro DMHC , Day 2& 3 for MAWJ.
Day 1 opened with a short time for the press and then opened to the public.
We took part in the opening of the gates for visitors and also participated in the parade planned that day.
The booth and photo booth area was busy all day and with everyone’s cooperation we raised about 47,000 yen in donations for DMHC.
There were over 24,000 visitors attending the event on Day 1.
All participating members did a great job covering shifts and spreading the SW cheer with fans at the photo booth.
We had some extra help and visits over the 3 days from overseas members (Chinese Garrison./ Quebec Garrison/ Pacific Outpost) and 2 local members from Mando Mercs in Okinawa.
