コルジャ仙台ブラインドサッカークラブ10周年記念試合に、501st日本部隊が出撃しました。
「コルジャ仙台ブラインドサッカークラブ」は、仙台を拠点にブラインドサッカー競技、団体の運営、パラスポーツの普及活動、体験会、視覚障がい者及び障がいに対する理解を広めることを目的として活動している団体です。
「コルジャ」はフクロウを意味するポルトガル語で、2012年の設立から10周年の記念すべき大会にお声がけいただき、2019年の大会以来2回目の出撃です。
記念大会には日本代表クラスの選手も多数出場し、ボールから鳴る鈴のような音が響く中、選手たちは激しくぶつかり合い、華麗なドリブルや強烈なシュートを披露。
ハイレベルな戦いが繰り広げられ、私たちは無我夢中で応援しました。
試合の合間には選手・関係者や応援の方々と記念撮影をしたり、パラスポーツのボッチャやモルックの体験コーナーでプレーし、パラスポーツの普及活動のお手伝いを行いました。

Blind soccer is soccer in which four visually impaired field players and a non-disabled goalkeeper play on a court the same size as futsal.
Non-disabled field players wearing eye masks are allowed to participate only in matches held in Japan by Japanese organizations.
Based in Sendai, Koruja Sendai Blind Soccer Club is active for the purpose of blind soccer competitions, organization management, blind soccer and para sports promotion activities, hands-on events, and understanding of visually impaired people and disabilities.
“Koruja” is Portuguese for owl, and we, 501stJG visited Koruja Sendai’s 10th anniversary convention in 2012. This is our second visit since the 2019 convention.
Many Japanese national team players also participated in the commemorative tournament, and while the bell-like sound of the ball resounded, the players collided violently, showing off brilliant dribbles and powerful shots.
A high-level battle unfolded, and we enthusiastically cheered for them. We took commemorative photos with the athletes, officials, and supporters during the games, and played parasports boccia and moruk in the experience corner for helping spread parasports.
