Who We Are

第501軍団日本部隊（501st Legion Japanese Garrison）は、「スター・ウォーズ」シリーズの世界に登場する悪役、モラルに欠けるキャラクター、善悪の派閥に属さないキャラクターを表現したコスチュームの制作と着用を通じて、スター・ウォーズを賞賛する国際コスチューム組織「The 501st Legion（第501軍団）」の日本支部です。コスチューミング活動を通じて、病院や施設などの慰問ボランティア、基金活動、国内外ファンや国内・海外メンバーとの積極的なコミュニケーション、地域貢献活動を行っています。

埼玉県川越市の蓮馨寺で開催された「リレー・フォー・ライフ・ジャパン2026川越」に出撃しました。
今年は例年のウォークや記念撮影に加え、当部隊として初めてブースを開設。R2-KTの物語や10月のピンクリボン活動、これまでのRFLJでの活動など、501stの取り組みをご紹介しました。
多くの来場者が足を止め、熱心に耳を傾けてくださいました。
The 501st Legion Japanese Garrison joined “Relay For Life Japan 2026 Kawagoe,” held at Renkeiji Temple in Kawagoe, Saitama.
This year, in addition to our usual walk and photo sessions, we set up our first-ever booth. We introduced the story of R2-KT, our Pink Ribbon activities in October, and our involvement in Relay For Life events.
Many visitors stopped by and listened with great interest.
