リレー・フォー・ライフは、Save Livesを使命とし、がんの告知を乗り越え、生きていることを祝福し(祝う Celebrate)旅立った愛する人たちをしのび(しのぶ Remember)がんで苦しむ人や悲しむ人をなくす社会を作る(立ち向かう Fight Back)ことをめざしています。
日本各地で開催されていますが、さいたま会場は初参加でした。天然芝生の美しい会場でイベントの趣旨に賛同した企業や団体の皆さんや、参加のみなさんと記念撮影をしたり、それぞれの想いの記されたルミナリエバッグを眺め、ともにウォーキングをしながら交流を深めました。

With Save Lives as our mission, overcome the news of cancer and celebrate being alive (Celebrate) Remember loved ones who have passed away (Remember) Create a society that eliminates those who suffer from cancer and those who are sad (Stand up Fight) Back), we will walk with friends and people who support our activities at the venue.
The Saitama venue was our first participation. We’er able to take commemorative photos with all the companies and organizations that supported the purpose of the event and all the participants at the beautiful venue with natural grass, look at the luminarie bags with their thoughts and feelings written on them, and deepen exchanges while walking together.
