Who We Are

第501軍団日本部隊（501st Legion Japanese Garrison）は、「スター・ウォーズ」シリーズの世界に登場する悪役、モラルに欠けるキャラクター、善悪の派閥に属さないキャラクターを表現したコスチュームの制作と着用を通じて、スター・ウォーズを賞賛する国際コスチューム組織「The 501st Legion（第501軍団）」の日本支部です。コスチューミング活動を通じて、病院や施設などの慰問ボランティア、基金活動、国内外ファンや国内・海外メンバーとの積極的なコミュニケーション、地域貢献活動を行っています。

地域を支える未来の人財育成を目的とした、地元の小中学生むけの体験イベントに出撃して参りました。職業体験コーナーでは、商工会青年部・商工会員、その他の企業・団体が職業体験ブースを設け、子どもたちが実際の「おしごと」体験を行います。
私たち第501軍団日本部隊の専用ブースでは、子どもたちに「帝国軍サポートクルー」体験をしてもらいました。第501軍団のピットクルーシャツを着用して、実際にストームトルーパーの誘導をしてもらい、その後記念撮影をして交流しました。

With the aim of fostering future human resources to support the local community, we visited a hands-on event for local elementary and junior high school students. At the Work Experience Corner, the Youth Division of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and other companies and organizations set up work experience booths where children could experience actual “work”.
We, the 501st Corps Japan, had a booth dedicated for children to experience the “Imperial Army Support Crew”. Wearing 501st Corps pit crew shirts, they actually guided stormtroopers, and afterwards, we took commemorative photos and interacted with them.
