This was a last minute organized event in the Makuhari area.
 Arranged as a casual troop in the theatre lobby starting at about 6pm until roughly 8:20. We caught mostly the first showing crowd before the 6:30 show started.
After 45 minutes we took a break and headed out for a second lobby appearance.
Mostly empty due to spaced out show times but we were able to greet many passing customers and customers exiting from Frozen 2.
Lost of small kids to greet and add smiles to.
Management at the theatre are very hands off so we basically managed ourselves.
They did provide a spacious changing room area behind secured area which was very helpful. Hopefully I can improve on things for future events.
