Who We Are

第501軍団日本部隊（501st Legion Japanese Garrison）は、「スター・ウォーズ」シリーズの世界に登場する悪役、モラルに欠けるキャラクター、善悪の派閥に属さないキャラクターを表現したコスチュームの制作と着用を通じて、スター・ウォーズを賞賛する国際コスチューム組織「The 501st Legion（第501軍団）」の日本支部です。コスチューミング活動を通じて、病院や施設などの慰問ボランティア、基金活動、国内外ファンや国内・海外メンバーとの積極的なコミュニケーション、地域貢献活動を行っています。

501st琉球レイダー・スクアッドは、沖縄コミュニティ内でスター・ウォーズの楽しさとその価値を広めることに専念しています。私たちの使命は、地元の沖縄の人々、米軍関係者、そしてアメリカの民間人従業員の間でスター・ウォーズの世界に対する一体感と共通の情熱を育むことです。地域イベント、慈善活動、文化交流に参加することで、米国と沖縄のコミュニティの架け橋となり、関係を強化し、多様なメンバーシップを祝うことを目指しています。私たちのスクアッドは琉球諸島全体をカバーしており、ここに留まり続ける献身的なメンバーのコアグループが、地域に永続的な存在感と影響を与えることを保証します。

The 501st Ryukyu Raider Squad is dedicated to promoting the enjoyment and appreciation of Star Wars within the Okinawan community. Our mission is to foster a sense of unity and shared passion for the Star Wars universe among local Okinawans, U.S. military personnel, and American civilian employees. By participating in community events, charitable activities, and cultural exchanges, we aim to act as a bridge between the U.S. and Okinawan communities, strengthening relations and celebrating our diverse membership. Our squad encompasses the entire Ryukyu Islands, with a core group of committed members who are here to stay, ensuring a lasting presence and impact in the region.
