Who We Are

第501軍団日本部隊（501st Legion Japanese Garrison）は、「スター・ウォーズ」シリーズの世界に登場する悪役、モラルに欠けるキャラクター、善悪の派閥に属さないキャラクターを表現したコスチュームの制作と着用を通じて、スター・ウォーズを賞賛する国際コスチューム組織「The 501st Legion（第501軍団）」の日本支部です。コスチューミング活動を通じて、病院や施設などの慰問ボランティア、基金活動、国内外ファンや国内・海外メンバーとの積極的なコミュニケーション、地域貢献活動を行っています。

東京コミコン2日目は、Make-A-Wish Japanを支援する活動を中心に出撃しました。
この日はフルキャラクターで臨み、写真撮影やトルーパー・ターゲット・トレーニング・スクール、ラッフル（抽選会）による募金活動、反乱軍スパイ検査スキャンステーションを備えた帝国式セキュリティチェックポイントの設置など、多彩なプログラムを実施し、コスプレパレードにも参加しました。この日はダース・ベイダーも加わり、会場に帝国の存在感を示しました。
チャリティラッフルでは多くの寄付が集まり、抽選会では多くの景品をゲストの皆さまにお渡ししました。
会場は一日を通して活気にあふれていました。

Tokyo Comic Con Day 2 stayed focused on supporting Make-A-Wish Japan.
With a full roster of characters on hand, we carried out a full schedule of activities, including photo sessions, Trooper Target Training School, fundraising through our charity raffle, and the setup of an Imperial security checkpoint complete with a fun Rebel spy scanning station. We also took part in the Tokyo Comic Con Cosplay Parade.Lord Vader joined the operation for the day, bringing the presence of the Empire to the show floor.
Thanks to the charity raffle, we were able to raise a significant amount in donations and award many wonderful prizes to our guests. The atmosphere on the floor remained lively throughout the day.
