岩手県雫石町で1月9日から5日間開催された「しずくいし子育ち寺子屋」最終日に出撃。
「地域の方と触れ合いながら楽しく遊んで勉強しよう」をコンセプトにして、地元の小学校１年から3年生とジュニアリーダーのみなさんが集まりました。
自己紹介と私たちの活動についてお話しした後に、小学生たちと一緒にカルタを手作りして一緒にカルタ大会をしました。
お子さんたちの思い思いに作る感性と色彩豊かなカルタ。
ストームトルーパーも書いてくれて嬉しかったです！
カルタを当てるスピードが速すぎて、ストームトルーパーは惨敗でしたが、たくさん当てたお子さんから順番に、ヘルメットを持ったりかぶる体験をしながら笑顔で記念撮影をおこないました。
最後には、参加したお子さんたちと一緒にメンバーもお弁当を食べながら、質問に答えたり、おしゃべりをしてとても楽しい時間を過ごしました。

I participated in the final day of the “Shizukuishi Childcare Terakoya” held in Shizukuishi Town, Iwate Prefecture for five days starting January 9th.
1st to 3rd grade students and junior leaders from local elementary schools gathered together under the concept of “let’s have fun playing and studying while interacting with local people.”
After introducing themselves and talking about their activities, they made their own karuta cards with the elementary school students and held a karuta tournament. Delicate and colorful karuta made by children.
I was very happy that you also wrote about Stormtroopers! The Stormtroopers lost because they won the karuta cards too quickly, but the children who won the most karuta cards took turns wearing helmets and smiling as they posed for commemorative photos.
At the end, we had lunch with the children who participated, and had a great time answering questions and chatting.
