Who We Are

第501軍団日本部隊（501st Legion Japanese Garrison）は、「スター・ウォーズ」シリーズの世界に登場する悪役、モラルに欠けるキャラクター、善悪の派閥に属さないキャラクターを表現したコスチュームの制作と着用を通じて、スター・ウォーズを賞賛する国際コスチューム組織「The 501st Legion（第501軍団）」の日本支部です。コスチューミング活動を通じて、病院や施設などの慰問ボランティア、基金活動、国内外ファンや国内・海外メンバーとの積極的なコミュニケーション、地域貢献活動を行っています。

MCCS Revenge of the Sith-teenth

10月17日　沖縄県うるま市のアメリカ海兵隊駐屯基地、キャンプコートニー内の図書館で開催されたイベントに501st日本部隊が出撃しました。
地元コミュニティのスター・ウォーズファンは、カイバークリスタルやクリーチャースライムの作成など、STEM（科学、技術、工学、数学）関連のスター・ウォーズ活動を楽しみました。
スター・ウォーズ雑学クイズゲーム、ジェダイのスカベンジャーハント、501stとR2-D2での写真撮影を行いました。

It was a dark time for the Empire.
A world-wide pandemic had forced Lord Vader’s Legion into their bunkers until it was safe enough to troop again.
he time to emerge has finally arrived! The MCCS Camp Courtney Library in Uruma City,
Okinawa invited the 501st to participate in their Revenge of the Sith-teenth event.
Star Wars fans from the local community enjoyed STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) related Star Wars activities like making kyber crystals and creature slime.
There was also a Star Wars trivia game, a Jedi scavenger hunt, and photo opportunities with the 501st and R2-D2.
There were many smiles as the Camp Courtney Library immersed itself in the Star Wars Universe for a fun afternoon. The Empire is back!
