【サイトメンテナンス情報】出演リクエストフォームの仕様変更について

これまで使用してまいりましたメールフォームは、WordPress用プラグイン「MW WP Form」にて運用しておりましたが、本プラグインは2023年に開発が終了しており、今後の継続的なサポートが見込めない状況となっております。

つきましては、今後の安定した運用を維持するため、この度フォームのプラグインを変更いたしました。

新しいプラグインの導入に伴い、画面デザインや操作感が一部変更となりましたこと、何卒ご了承ください。

[Website Maintenance] Notice of Changes to the Appearance Request Form

The email form we have used until now was operated using the WordPress plugin “MW WP Form.” However, development of this plugin ended in 2023, and we have determined that continued support is no longer guaranteed.

To ensure the long-term stability and security of our operations, we have migrated to a new form plugin.

Please be advised that with the introduction of the new system, there have been some minor changes to the screen design and user interface. We appreciate your kind understanding.
