沖縄最大級のお祭り、「那覇大綱挽きまつり」のパレードに501st日本部隊が出撃しました。
パレードには、52団体延べ2100人もの参加者が那覇市内の国際通りを練り歩きまし。
ベイダー卿はダース・レヴァン、カイロ・レン、4名のトルーパと2体のマウスドロイイドを引き連れ行進。
那覇の人々は、ダーク・サイドの魅力に引きつけられ、ハイタッチや写真撮影を行いました。
This year for the first time, the 501st was invited to march in the Naha Matsuri Parade! The parade is one part of the three day Naha Matsuri which is the largest festival on Okinawa. 52 groups joined this year's parade with a total of 2,100 people marching down Naha's famous Kokusaidori. Lord Vader led his forces down the parade route flanked by Darth Revan, Kylo Ren, four troopers, and two Mouse Droids. The citizens of Naha were impressed by the power of the Dark Side with many, cheers, high-fives, and photos as we marched by. It will be a day long remembered. We hope to participate in many Naha Matsuri Parades in the future!
